The delegate's convention is ultimately responsible for control of all the Association's activities. The delegates also pass necessary resolutions, amend statutes and approve annual accounts and budgets. With the exception of their legal consultant, all members of the delegate's convention are disabled artists. The delegates appoint a managing board, comprised of member artists with a maximum of seven people. The managing board appoints able-bodied professionals to run the publishing houses, which manage the direct mail operations of the organization. The president of the managing board is also the president of the Association and must be a mouth or foot painting artist who has won recognition as an artist and achieved success in international exhibitions.

All prices and transactions are quoted and processed in Australian dollars (AUD).

All Prices displayed on the website include shipping costs within Australia. For International orders we can ship via post or courier, prices vary depending on destination and parcel size. For International shipping costs please contact us at orders@mfpa.com.au for a quote. All orders (except personalised card orders) are dispatched within 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location in Australia. Personalised card orders allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 5 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative, a backorder or a full refund.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
