Born in Seoul in 1965, Jung Eon Hwang trained as a mechanical engineer before a traffic accident left him quadriplegic. He took up mouth painting in 1995 and was hooked from the first attempt, finding his subjects in the landscapes and flowers he paints in oils and watercolour. This card carries one of his oil paintings.
